Terms of Use

Early-access terms · Updated 25 October 2026

These terms cover the Early Oxford website and its available early-access learning features. Paid subscriptions are not open. Some resources, including interactive books, are still in preparation; a catalogue or preview does not mean a resource is available.

Seller details

Early Oxford is the trading name of Aristos Mulqueen-Aristou.

Business address: 11 Belgrave Drive, Ellesmere Port, CH65 7EJ, England.

Email: hello@earlyoxford.com.

Independent platform

Early Oxford is an independent English-learning platform. It is not affiliated with the University of Oxford or Oxford University Press in any way.

Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for lawful teaching and learning purposes.
  • Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or attack the service.
  • Don't upload or share content you don't have the right to share.

Adult accounts and supervised learning

Accounts are for adults. Parents, carers and teachers should supervise young learners, choose suitable activities and keep login details private. School access is for authorised staff; do not share another person's account or enter information you are not authorised to provide.

Use a nickname for a child where possible. Do not include sensitive pupil information in support messages. Our privacy notice explains device storage, account records and data requests.

Content & intellectual property

All Early Oxford curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets and other original content remain the property of Early Oxford and its licensors. You may use them for teaching with your own students. You may not resell, redistribute or republish them.

Price and availability

The planned membership is US$19.99 per month for home or classroom use. A free K3 Week 1 phonics sample is available without an account or card. The current pricing page does not collect a card or take a payment. Creating an account does not purchase a subscription.

Before paid subscriptions open, checkout must clearly explain the total price and any applicable taxes, billing and renewal dates, what is included, and how to cancel. These early-access terms do not authorise a recurring charge.

Cancellation, refunds and payment questions

Paid membership cancellation and refund arrangements are still being prepared. This page does not offer an operating refund service or promise a refund timetable. Any applicable consumer cancellation rights and digital-content consent choices will be explained before a paid order can be placed.

If you believe you have been charged, or need to raise a cancellation or refund request, email hello@earlyoxford.com with the account email, date and reference shown on your receipt. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or security codes. Deleting browser data or a learner profile does not cancel a payment arrangement.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content or services. Simply visiting or using this website does not waive a cooling-off right.

Learning resources and service changes

Learning outcomes vary. Activities support teaching and practice and do not replace an adult's judgement about a child's needs. During early access, features may change or be unavailable while faults are corrected. Contact us about an inaccessible resource or a mistake so it can be reviewed.

We will date changes to these terms here. Any future paid offer will have its purchase terms available before you agree to pay.
